Omnicane Foundation and Media Trust brought together 200 middle school students at Bonâme Hall, Reduced, for an information and rules session around the Omnicane Award 2023 inter-college competition. During this session, candidates gather in teams of five and submit their research project online from Friday 21 April 2023 to Friday 28 April 2023 at the link www.omnicane.com/2023omnicaneaward. As a reminder, the theme of the competition focuses on the 55 years of independence of the island and the 250 years of the press in Mauritius as well as their key role in democracy and freedom of information for the construction of Republic.
